Since launching in the UK in 2015, ClearScore has expanded to South Africa (2017), Australia (2020), and Canada (2022). We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Cape Town team. You will play a central role in analysing and interpreting data to help ClearScore scale effectively, improve user experience, and drive business performance. Working with teams across marketing, product, and engineering, you will deliver insights that shape key strategic decisions and enhance our users’ journey

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL and Domo
• Partner with the marketing team to analyse performance across acquisition channels
• Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimise website conversion and engagement
• Lead data-driven projects, identifying trends, opportunities, and business challenges
• Provide actionable insights to product and growth squads to improve features and user experience
• Collaborate with global analytics and engineering teams to promote consistent best practices
